The staff doesn't try to hide the unequal service offered to foreign guests compared to that of the locals. No staff member offered to help us with our luggage. The rooms have poor sound isolation and you can hear your neighbours and the room above very clearly, particularly foot steps, which make sleeping difficult.

We recently stayed at Furano Winery Hitohana Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects, and I would like to commend the team for providing such a comfortable and welcoming stay. One of the biggest highlights was the thoughtful range of complimentary amenities. Having free washing machines and dryers was incredibly convenient, especially for travellers on longer trips. The onsen was clean, relaxing and well maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary green tea, roasted green tea, lemon water and drinking water available outside the onsen, which made the experience even more refreshing. The staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist whenever we had questions, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was spacious, quiet and very well equipped. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare simple meals. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel had already prepared a proper bed for the third person in our group before our arrival. The refrigerator included a freezer compartment, which was particularly useful for storing ice cream and frozen food that we purchased during our trip. We also appreciated that complimentary coffee and tea were available throughout our stay. One of the most memorable experiences was the daily complimentary wine tasting during happy hour. As an added bonus, the hotel also provided us with a voucher to redeem a complimentary bottle of wine at Furano Winery, which was a wonderful gesture and a unique way to showcase the local winery. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I hope the hotel will consider a few areas for improvement. The hotel's location is slightly away from central Furano, so having a car is highly recommended. This was not a major issue for us, but guests relying on public transport may find it less convenient. The parking arrangement could also be improved. The car park is located about a three-minute walk uphill from the hotel. While the distance itself is manageable, the walking path consists of loose stones without a proper pavement. At night, the area is very dark, and during rainy weather, it can become slippery and potentially hazardous, particularly for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Additional lighting and a paved walkway would greatly improve both safety and accessibility. Lastly, although breakfast was enjoyable, we found the selection somewhat limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Furano. For example, during our previous stay at La Vista Furano, the breakfast offered a wider variety of Japanese specialties, including fresh sashimi and Furano melon, as well as complimentary late-night soba, which created a more memorable dining experience. At Furano Winery Hitohana, the breakfast leaned more towards Western offerings. Expanding the selection of local Japanese dishes and regional specialties would further enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these suggestions, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend Furano Winery Hitohana Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious and comfortable accommodation in Furano. The generous complimentary amenities, excellent service and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such an enjoyable one.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent une vue magnifique. Un comptoir dédié au poulet est également à disposition. Au 16e étage, un salon gratuit propose boissons, café, vins rouge et blanc, saké, bière, noix et en-cas. Les plats japonais et français, servis avec des baguettes, étaient excellents, et le service impeccable.

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For us it is the second time in this wonderful hotel and every time it is like living a dream: it feels like being in a bubble thanks to all the well-being in which you are immersed. You are pampered by every service present and by the kindness of the staff, which makes you feel at home. The food is simply divine and you would just like to have a more spacious stomach so you could taste more and more. Nature is unsurpassed, every day you find yourself meeting spectacular creatures even just going out a short distance away. You will not find a similar place in all of Japan, where man meets nature in a perfect combination of balance, harmony and deep respect. We hope to be able to return a third time and relive this beautiful dream again. Thank you for everything Kitakobushi Shiretoko Hotel!

Excellent onsen with very nice private onsen in the room surrounded by Sakura trees. Very nice omakase dinner served in room, excellent service from the team. Lounge area serving beer, sparkling wines and other non alcoholic beverage all inclusive in the package price is a nice touch. Highly recommended

The location is a bit far from Sapporo city centre, but it's a close walk to the bus stop and is best enjoyed if you have a car. We stayed here to enjoy the Sapporo Snow Festival and had a great time unwinding in the onsen! Everything is very new and clean, the amenities are stellar, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

La salle de Tatami traditionnelle nous a vraiment impressionnés, mais l'accent de notre séjour était le soufre privé en plein air dans notre chambre. C'était incroyablement thérapeutique, et j'aimais absolument le bruit naturel de soufre qui remplissait l'espaceit fait que l'expérience se sent authentique et profondément relaxant. Le personnel a été très bien accueilli à l'arrivée, et il a été accueilli avec soin et soin de préparer nos lits. Ils étaient gentils et attentifs tout au long de notre séjour. L'hôtel est très ancien, mais nous l'apprécions comme un charme de la vieille ville. Le dîner 7-course kastaki nous a complètement échappé. From the exquisite platement to the impeccable service, every dish reflected the chef's dedication and craftsmanship. Le petit déjeuner a dépassé nos attentes, mais les offres de style bento et les plats de soupe confortables sont aussi bien satisfaisants que délicieux. Oui, le prix est sur le côté supérieur, mais il vaut absolument tout le pénis que nous avons dépensé.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Global View Hakodate pendant trois nuits lors d'un voyage en voiture. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé, ce qui est pratique, même s'il est payant (environ 1 650 yens pour trois nuits). Côté rapport qualité-prix, l'hôtel est très abordable et le petit-déjeuner ainsi que l'accès à l'onsen sont inclus, ce qui est un vrai plus. La chambre était également assez spacieuse et j'ai apprécié la présence d'un lave-linge, avec des sèche-linge à pièces disponibles au rez-de-chaussée. Cependant, le plus gros point négatif a été la literie. En soulevant les draps, j'ai trouvé des cheveux et des peluches, ce qui était désagréable. Comme il était tard et que nous étions fatigués, nous ne l'avons pas signalé immédiatement. Pendant la nuit, nous avons tous les deux ressenti des démangeaisons. Cela était peut-être dû au tissu ou à l'usure des draps, car ils étaient un peu rêches et irritants pour la peau. Nous avons finalement porté des manches longues et des pantalons pour dormir, ce qui a été bénéfique. Le lendemain, j'ai fait part de mes commentaires à la réception. Ils nous ont indiqué que toutes les chambres utilisaient la même literie et nous ont proposé une couverture plus épaisse, mais nous avons décliné l'offre. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et de bonnes prestations, mais j'espère qu'ils amélioreront la propreté et la qualité de la literie.
