I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

Excellent location with many eateries nearby. Only 5-10 mins walk to main old town square. The apartment is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there.

Non provocateur! En plus de l'hébergement automatique pendant le séjour, j'ai appelé le service client de l'hôtel 😅, il a été rapidement résolu, les installations de l'hôtel sont très nouvelles, l'espace est grand, il a séjourné deux jours, je suis allé à Troun Lake et Harstat, je suis allé à Saint-Worfgon et Gossoon, le transport est très pratique, la porte peut être arrêtée, Il y a une machine à café à café, la décoration est très moderne et simple, la chambre est assez grande, le restaurant du centre commercial autour du supermarché est complet, la fenêtre ouverte est le paysage.

Le processus de séjour est très pratique, la chambre est relativement vieille, nous avons commandé 7 chambres en ligne, la disposition de chaque chambre est encore un peu différente, mais le sentiment général est bien. Le petit déjeuner est plus simple, peut-être les habitudes alimentaires des Austins, tous les pains durs, plus difficile à comprendre. L'hôtel est à l'autre côté de la gare de zeltweg, il y a des montagnes à distance, un environnement urbain typique, mais il faut dire que le paysage est très bon.

住了一週非常滿意，房間很大、書桌很長，適合辦公，每個房間都有陽台，酒店的早餐也很好吃，種類豐富～前台的小姐姐態度特別好，幫我解決了德語外賣App的問題，相當推薦！
