Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

L'hôtel est très bon à Melbourne! Les trams sont dans chaque coin et vous êtes à quelques pas de la gare de la Croix du Sud. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les choses dont je veux. Le personnel est chaud et hébergé. Voilà les recommandations!

L'emplacement est excellent, la chambre était très propre et le matelas très confortable, dépassant mes attentes pour un hôtel économique. J'étais un peu surprise par les nombreux commentaires négatifs, pensant qu'il y aurait beaucoup de marches à l'entrée, mais il n'y en avait que quelques-unes. Un panneau latéral aurait été parfait. L'excursion d'une demi-journée en train à vapeur que j'ai réservée avec l'hôtel était d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix ; le trajet n'était pas long et n'a pas perturbé ma promenade en ville au retour. Le service était professionnel et les pourboires n'étaient pas acceptés. 👍

La réception n'était pas très amicale. Vérifiez facilement. Plus d'espace de stationnement. Chambre était de base mais propre. L'isolation de la chambre n'était pas bonne. Il était froid car nous pouvons sentir l'air froid entrant dans la chambre à partir de la fenêtre et des bords de la porte. Le chauffeur n'était pas en service. Vérifiez facilement. Pas la peine du prix que nous avons payé.

avantages : Bonne situation, transport pratique à proximité. inconvénients : Peut-être à cause du détergent ou du désinfectant des parures de lit, j'ai senti que ma peau me démangeait, ce qui n'arrivait jamais dans les hôtels où je vivais auparavant. Après être resté allongé dans le lit pendant 20 minutes, une sensation de démangeaison est apparue. Quand je suis sorti, aucune sensation de démangeaison n’est apparue. Nous vivions tous les trois dans cet hôtel, j'étais la première personne à ressentir cela. plus tard, les deux autres avaient l’impression que c’était le cas. Alo, l'un des membres du personnel de la réception n'est pas professionnel, mon numéro de chambre est le 339, j'ai dit trois heures trente-neuf, il ne savait pas ; J'ai dit double trois neuf, il n'a pas compris l'éther et il a dit que j'avais dit un mauvais numéro. Ces expressions numériques sont courantes en Amérique du Nord

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. Spacious, hearthy and very comfortable stay. Right next to the famous 12 Apostles (10 min drive) it is extremely convenient for sunset and sunrise visits and also close by to so many other viewpoints on the last stretch of the Great Ocean road! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute home style unit, with all thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, car parking right next to the unit, nice sitout area in the back with a wooden bench. While there were only 2 of us, but we felt that this unit is great valu for money as it can easily accommodate a large family of 5-7 people (1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds and large couches in the living room) Very warm & welcoming and definitely recommend if you're passing through Port Campbell!

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Super équipe, super hôtels, lavé régulièrement mais fréquentations intenses, donc les équipes font ce qu'elles peuvent pour passer derrière les résidents un peu moins propres. Rien à redire malgré une fréquentation, plutôt jeune et des petits groupes qui monopolisent presque tout l'espace, sans respecter l'interdiction de nuisance sonore après minuit. Tout ce qui concerne le reste, je n'ai absolument rien à redire. Merci !

Холодильник и чайник. 👍просторный душ, хороший напор воды. 🤔одинаковый завтрак каждый день - яйца, бобы, тосты, сок. 😔чистота оставляет желать лучшего 😔возврат залога - неделя
