Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

L'hôtel est très bon à Melbourne! Les trams sont dans chaque coin et vous êtes à quelques pas de la gare de la Croix du Sud. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les choses dont je veux. Le personnel est chaud et hébergé. Voilà les recommandations!

L'emplacement est bon, à environ 10 minutes de la gare Southern Cross et du Skybus pour l'aéroport de Melbourne. Il y a également des stations de tramway à proximité de certaines attractions touristiques, ainsi que des supermarchés, des restaurants, etc. La chambre est généralement bien, même si certaines chambres du même type semblent plus petites en raison de leur configuration. Nous avons utilisé le parking privé 24h/24 recommandé par l'hôtel, mais nous avons été facturés en double par l'hôtel et le parking lui-même. Au départ, le personnel de l'hôtel voulait rembourser le tarif inférieur, ce que nous avons refusé, et nous avons dû consacrer du temps et des efforts pour que le directeur nous aide à régler le problème du parking. La plupart des employés étaient plus accessibles, alors qu’un ou deux ne semblaient pas intéressés. Heureusement, le problème a finalement été résolu.

Hotel was close to several train and tram stations, making it easy to access a variety of routes and lines. There were also plenty of great food and drink options nearby — from morning coffee and afternoon matcha to flaky pastries and comforting hot meals. While some places were not immediately next door, they were still comfortably walkable, including Little Rogue, Matcha Kobo, Puzzle Coffee, Time After Time, Lulu’s Malaysian Hawker, and many more. Also worth mentioning, I arrived in Melbourne earlier than expected and called the hotel to ask when the room would be ready. The staff were punctual and reliable, as I was able to check in exactly at the time they advised the room would be available.

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. Spacious, hearthy and very comfortable stay. Right next to the famous 12 Apostles (10 min drive) it is extremely convenient for sunset and sunrise visits and also close by to so many other viewpoints on the last stretch of the Great Ocean road! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute home style unit, with all thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, car parking right next to the unit, nice sitout area in the back with a wooden bench. While there were only 2 of us, but we felt that this unit is great valu for money as it can easily accommodate a large family of 5-7 people (1 queen bed, 3 bunk beds and large couches in the living room) Very warm & welcoming and definitely recommend if you're passing through Port Campbell!

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Super équipe, super hôtels, lavé régulièrement mais fréquentations intenses, donc les équipes font ce qu'elles peuvent pour passer derrière les résidents un peu moins propres. Rien à redire malgré une fréquentation, plutôt jeune et des petits groupes qui monopolisent presque tout l'espace, sans respecter l'interdiction de nuisance sonore après minuit. Tout ce qui concerne le reste, je n'ai absolument rien à redire. Merci !

👍заселили пораньше 👍вежливый и внимательный персонал на ресепшен 👍рядом с метро и с парком, где живут поссумы и стоит домик Кука 👍милая общая зона, лестница 👍цена 👍можно открыть окно в комнате, но есть и кондиционер. Холодильник и чайник. 👍просторный душ, хороший напор воды. 🤔одинаковый завтрак каждый день - яйца, бобы, тосты, сок. 😔чистота оставляет желать лучшего 😔возврат залога - неделя
