Hôtels 3 étoiles à Adjarie, Géorgie

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Repos de 11.06.2026 à 17.06.2026. Beau hôtel, lieu calme, personnel poli, excellent et divers petits-déjeuners, environnement très amiable. Excellent nettoyage quotidien. On peut aider cet endroit. Nous nous sommes réservés une heure plus tôt (13h00), n'a pas dû attendre. Merci à la direction et au personnel pour un grand repos.

Отель находится в новом Батуми, в строящемся районе, с развитой инфраструктурой, очень шумной атмосферой, при непосредственной близости городского пляжа. Тишины и спокойствия нет ни днём, ни ночью. Жизнь на ресепшене кипит также и днём и ночью. Отличный променад вдоль набережной, шикарные виды, близость к ж/д и аэропорту. Номер просторный, все необходимое есть, за 4 дня пребывания уборка не осуществлялась ни разу, но исходя из загруженности персонала и количества проживающих, претензий нет!) Были некоторые нюансы с заселением, т.к. много корпусов, но в целом, отель рекомендую для комфортного проживания.

Great value for money. The sea view is truly fantastic. Location is great. A bit difficult for car parking. The room is nice but basic and minimalistic. Very convenient online check-in, the key was waiting for us in the locker next to the room door when we arrived. At night can be a bit loud, every noise in the corridor can be heard through the zero-soundproof door, and also all the noise in the nearby rooms and balconies. Otherwise, highly recommend for a couple of nights stay, for longer stays I would opt for something more premium (at least with daily cleaning and soundproof).

Le personnel de la réception parle anglais et peut effectuer l'enregistrement directement. La chambre est spacieuse, même si la vue est légèrement moins bonne que dans l'ancien bâtiment ; sinon, elle est plutôt bien. Cependant, à Orbi City, quel que soit le bâtiment, le service est absolument inexistant.

Я просто в восторге. Несмотря, на время заезда до 21ч меня встретили , заселили, с улыбкой и без проблем. Отличный номер с балконом и видом на море. 16 этаж. Великолепно. В номере есть почти все. На кухне все, в т.ч. чайник и кофеварка- за нее отдельное спасибо. Холодильник. Стиралка. Микроволновка. Посуда. Все хорошего качества. Удобный ключ. В душевой нет пасты и щётки. Полотенец достаточно. Тапочки. Одеяло. Рекомендую.

La chambre était assez grande mais n'a pas de lave-vaisselle. Ils ont dit que la ville était vue, mais elle construit la vue juste derrière une autre ville orbitale. La réception était si lente et tant de excuses qu'ils ne peuvent pas soutenir Pas leur faute! Presque rien que vous ne pouvez attendre de la réception sur le changement ou tout soutien Vous dormirez et vous séjournerez, pas de communication avec le personnel pour soutenir Ils sont assez bien pour rester

Месторасположение — просто идеальное, в самом центре старого Батуми. Соотношение цены и качества полностью оправдано. Атмосфера очень семейная: стоит только переступить порог, сразу ощущаешь заботу и гостеприимство. Хозяин встречает лично, за завтраком подают бесплатно домашнее белое и красное вино, есть арбузы, дыни, хачапури — всего хватает. Чувствуешь себя не в гостинице, а в гостях у друзей. А завтраки на террасе это вообще отдельная тема - лучше, чем любая смотровая площадка

Je veux exprimer ma grande gratitude, le lieu tranquille, confortable, l'espace de sommeil. Sur la respiration est une personne très agréable et hospitalité, ce qui n'est pas très important. La chambre elle-même était très propre, confortable, la salle de bain était propre, toutes les installations nécessaires étaient fournies, donc le plus important que super bon marché Je ne me résiderai que ici. Merci beaucoup ❤️

Le restaurant est un restaurant de la ville de l'hôtel. Mais les chambres étaient spacieuses, les personnels étaient amis et les équipements étaient bon vue sur la mer était bon globalement Bon prix.Nous aimerions rester plus quand nous revisons Batumi à l'avenir.
