L'emplacement est excellent et très pratique pour se déplacer. Le service est excellent 👍, ils m'ont même permis de m'enregistrer plus tôt, merci 🙏. La propreté est également très bonne. Ma chambre était très calme. Le seul bémol à améliorer est que les lits de l'hôtel sont un peu vieillissants. Malgré cela, cet hôtel reste tout de même recommandable.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

C'était proche de la gare à pied et pratique pour faire du tourisme. Cependant, même si nous voyagions pendant la saison estivale extrêmement chaude, la climatisation était faible et la chambre était loin d'être fraîche et confortable. Il n'y avait pas non plus de cloison dans la douche, donc c'était trop gênant pour les Japonais de l'utiliser.

Super hôtel. Le personnel fait tout pour le confort des clients !!! Je recommande vivement !!! Un merci spécial à l'administrateur Olga pour avoir résolu toutes nos demandes !!! Nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que tout soit si merveilleux !!! Placer le feu, à côté de la Fontaine de Trevi !!! Merci beaucoup au personnel de l'hôtel !!! Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

J'ai séjourné trois nuits. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à environ 5 minutes à pied de la gare Termini. La rue principale, juste derrière l'hôtel, permet d'accéder facilement aux principaux sites touristiques comme le Colisée et la Bouche de la Vérité, ainsi qu'aux bus pour le Vatican. Les bus étaient moins bondés que le métro, ce qui les rendait très pratiques. Certains avis mentionnaient des problèmes de sécurité et de gestion des chambres, mais la présence de nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité m'a rassuré. Concernant la gestion des chambres, le ménage, le changement des lits et des serviettes étaient effectués quotidiennement. L'hôtel a également accepté ma demande de changement de chambre. Il y avait quelques petits inconvénients, comme l'absence de tasses, une connexion Wi-Fi parfois capricieuse et un manque occasionnel d'eau chaude dans la douche, mais dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était tout à fait convenable.

I think it's one of the best room you can get with this price, very classy and with great location, the room is huge and the reception is very nice

Good location but traffic and parking is crazy. The bathroom was very small and outdated but working fine. The staff was helpful.
