Personnel de réception (Manju), très rude, non accueillant, non hébergé, etc. Principalement très mauvaise représentation de l'organisation pour laquelle elle travaille. La réception donnée par le membre du bureau frontal nous a ensuite quitté l'hôtel ! Le personnel de la F&B était très bien et la nourriture était bonne.

I recently stayed for 2 nights at the Udaipur Marriott and had a wonderful experience. The property itself feels truly luxurious and carries a touch of royal charm in every detail. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a balcony room, which made the stay even more special with beautiful views and extra comfort. The breakfast spread was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh and perfectly prepared each morning. The only minor drawback is that the location is slightly away from the main city attractions, but given the serene atmosphere and quality of service, it was absolutely worth it. Overall, a memorable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur.

L'hôtel est situé à l'aéroport de Xijiang, à quelques distances de la vieille ville et de la nouvelle ville, mais il est très pratique de téléphoner. Cinq ans seulement, les installations sont très nouvelles. La petite suite habitée, avec moins de 700 ans, est très pratique. La santé est très bonne et le lit est très confortable. L'éclairage est bon, la vitesse de la ligne est très rapide à l'hôtel indien. Une séparation sonore est acceptable. La puissance de l'air conditionné et le salon et la salle de bain sont contrôlés séparément. La chambre a été placée directement avec 6 verres d'eau potable, sans avoir à rejoindre la réception. Il faut améliorer: la petite suite n'est pas équipée de sac à main. Le petit déjeuner est sans œufs, même si les bons repas sont pas rares, il se sent mal à manger. Le service est très bon. En outre, le salon est très pratique, le gâteau est un gros morceau de 120 roubles, moins cher que le magasin de gâteau.

The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with elegant decor that truly reflected the royal charm of Rajasthan. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Every detail in the room felt well thought out, from the cozy bed to the tasteful furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur who wants a blend of luxury and comfort.

My recent stay at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar was truly exceptional! The property is stunning — elegant interiors, serene ambiance, and world-class hospitality. A special shoutout to Janhvi and Anjali for their warm and attentive service — they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The highlight of my visit was the food; Chef Anshu’s creations were absolutely delightful, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Un hôtel avec un ancien aristocrate, l'environnement de l'hôtel est propre, l'atmosphère est limpide, le personnel de service est enthousiaste et amical. Les installations de la chambre sont un peu sensées au cours de l'année, la plupart des touristes étrangers sont des résidents indiens. Le petit déjeuner peut être un point de repas chaud, en général, je sens que la position de l'hôtel est un peu éloignée, il est facile de voyager en voiture.

Mon séjour ici a été formidable ! L’hôtel est équipé de toutes sortes d’équipements standards pour ce type d’hôtel. C’est propre, confortable et ma chambre était insonorisée. Il est situé au cœur de Jaipur, ce qui peut vous laisser un sentiment d’accablement, mais une fois que vous commencez à explorer, vous réalisez que l’emplacement est parfait. La nourriture est incroyable et le personnel est vraiment merveilleux ! Le service était excellent, je ne peux pas me plaindre du tout !

A stunning oasis in the heart of Bikaneer. Beautifully furnished rooms and common areas. Exceptional service from the staff. Restaurants provide delicious food and drinks. Breakfast especially good.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.
