I stayed in this hotel because of seeing many reviews admire its breakfast very good and it is true even though I could not find my favorite food of lupis and lontong sayur, he he...

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Hotel room there was small cockroaches and even we complained they did nothing. Out of cockroaches, all was Ok for me.. The lift also a bit slow. With total 25 floors they have only 4 lifts that's needed quite long to wait.

Stay with my families, we booked 3 rooms. Room is big however the floor still dusty and you can see dirty mark. Hotel location is near palembang airport and you will need car or oder online in case you don’t want to eat in h the hotel restaurant as there’s nothing surrounding of the hotel. Breakfast spread is huge and delicious. We really enjoy our stay!
