I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

C'est en effet comme indiqué dans les commentaires, le couloir de l'hôtel mène directement au centre commercial, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a de nombreux sièges dans le hall au deuxième étage, ainsi qu'un Starbucks. À quelques pas se trouvent la bibliothèque publique, l'église Trinity, le bâtiment Hancock, les jardins publics... Les chambres avec vue sur la rivière peuvent voir la rivière Charles et sont un bon choix.

À l'hôtel commercial ordinaire, il est bon de vivre. La tranquillité est très calme. Il est donc possible de comparer l'ensemble des installations de la chambre avec les anciennes, mais les produits de lit, tout est propre, en général, bon, rien à reprocher

Cet Indigo aurait dû être rénové l'année dernière, et la propre carte d'Apple montre Holiday Choice. J'ai beaucoup séjourné à Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. C'est la première fois que je séjourne à Indigo. Certains endroits aux alentours sont en maintenance et un peu en désordre, mais il y a de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés. Obtenez une boisson de base pour le petit-déjeuner, une petite portion et une mauvaise attitude. Il n'y a pas de jardin autour de cet hôtel. Pourquoi s'appelle-t-il Jardin ? Car à côté du TD Garden, qui est aussi le terrain d'accueil des équipes de basket et de hockey sur glace, des concerts sont également organisés, le prix change beaucoup, il n'y a souvent pas de chambres lorsqu'il y a des activités, et c'est bruyant après être sorti la nuit. Il est également à côté de la gare du Nord et de la station de métro, mais pour se rendre à New York depuis la gare du Sud. Il y a un parking et un service voiturier à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, à mon arrivée, il faisait 5°C dehors, et j'ai changé de chambre pour me réchauffer. Lorsque votre pièce est équipée d'un petit climatiseur, comme illustré à la figure 4, le grand climatiseur est susceptible d'être défectueux et le petit climatiseur peut également être défectueux, beaucoup plus froid que le couloir. La réception laissera les gens le réparer. (Faux décoration) S'il n'est pas réparé, il vous aidera à changer. L'attitude est bonne, mais je soupçonne qu'ils savent déjà quelles chambres ont une mauvaise climatisation. Le personnel de nettoyage parle espagnol, pas anglais du tout, et nécessite une traduction de logiciel. En bref, vous n'avez pas besoin de vivre ici si vous ne voulez pas regarder le match à proximité.

L'espace de la chambre est relativement petit, l'agencement est raisonnable et l'emplacement est excellent. Vous pouvez vous rendre au grand centre commercial de Boston depuis le deuxième étage. L'hôtel propose 2 bouteilles d'eau minérale gratuites chaque jour. Le seul regret est que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner gratuit.

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

L'hôtel n'est pas très neuf et l'éclairage et l'éclairage ne sont pas très bons, mais il est très propre. L'hygiène est bonne et l'hôtel est nettoyé tous les jours. L'emplacement est très bon, à côté du quartier chinois de Boston, pratique pour manger et à côté de deux restaurants de hot pot populaires. Le métro est à 100 mètres et la gare sud est également à proximité, le transport est donc pratique.

Регистрация удобная Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер. Современный телевизор Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно. Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца. Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут. , тропа Свободы также находится рядом Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров. В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.
