Reasonable rate for a room over the Easter bank holidays in a good location for the train station and to get food. Generally clean comfortable room and bed. Would stay again.

The location is good for the people who will take train in early morning. I would say it is a satisfied place to live, with a huge common area.

The site is a bit far away from train station but kind of close to the city centre with only 15 mins walk. The staff and services there were great, the breakfast was luxurious and delicious. Just there were some stains on the pillow cover, and the temperature of bath cannot be adjust accurately. The water was either too cold or too hot.

The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

Environnement: est une petite salle d'étage traditionnelle de l'architecture anglaise, très belle Service: Le personnel est très enthousiaste et très patient dans la présentation de la carte 😄 Installations: Bien qu'un peu ancien, il n'a pas d'incidence sur l'utilisation Santé: Tout est propre, très propre 👍 Si c'est une chance, vous voulez rester quelques jours ❤️❤️ Le petit déjeuner anglais est également très délicieux 😋

We stayed in Room18. Landlady was very helpful, polite and let my kids play on the pool table. Abit of a pain with the parking but allowed me to use their personal car space which was very kind, even offered to pay for my parking ticket to start with. Hallways are warm and well lit. I would stay here again. Thank you

La chambre était très bien présentée comme le reste du bâtiment. A une grande télévision avec toutes les applications intelligentes dont vous avez besoin. Les installations de cuisine ont bien fonctionné avec suffisamment de cuisine pour dîner et petit déjeuner. La communication était très bonne avec des instructions claires et un accès facile à distance.

J'aime toutes les installations de l'hôtel. C'était très propre. La toilette et la salle de bains étaient juste à côté de ma chambre. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le gestionnaire était très aimable et utile Je suis certainement de retour.
