No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

The 2 bed bunk room was good, perfect for solo traveler. Amenities is fine, except there's no washing machine. Again for second time around, we got a problem with the tap card that you will use to exit and enter the premises, they gave us the tap card on the last night of our stay, which is supposed to be given at the time you're checking in.

Notre dernier séjour à l'hôtel Kingsford avant notre vol pour les États-Unis. C'était toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner, avec un excellent service. Merci, je réserverai à nouveau lors de notre prochain voyage aux Philippines !

Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil et la qualité de cet hôtel. La chambre est grande, spacieuse avec un coin cuisine et une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Bien entendu serviette et ustensiles pour toilettes nous attendent avec bouteilles d’eau. Tv avec nombreuses chaînes dont international francophone. Une magnifique vue des étages supérieurs et cette piscine sur le toit a comblée ma fille et m’a invité à faire de l’exercice dans la salle de sport. Merci encore

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel Alabang and it quickly became one of our favorite spots in the south of Metro Manila. Location is fantastic. It’s right in Madrigal Business Park, just a short walk to Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. The free area shuttle was also a nice bonus. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The service here consistently feels personal and caring. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent — we slept very well every night. Everything felt well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is modern and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet offered a good mix of Filipino favorites and other options, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We looked forward to it each morning. It’s also great value for money and pet-friendly (which is a big plus for many guests). Whether you’re here for business, a family trip, a long stay, or just a weekend getaway, B Hotel Alabang delivers a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back. Le séjour était vraiment super. Nous avons réservé Aucun balcon parce qu'il est moins cher mais ils nous ont toujours donné Avec balcon sans frais supplémentaires. Internet est rapide. Vous pouvez cuisiner, la pression de l'eau est grande, vous pouvez regarder Youtube et Netflix sur la télévision. Si vous êtes un peu plus défavorable que je puisse partager, il n'y a pas de kit d'hygiène (qui est déjà indiqué sur la réservation) pour que vous puissiez l'acheter dans les magasins. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez été très agréable.

I love this hotel because it is very close to the airport and has a relaxing ambiance with great staff. Kudos to the dining staff for being very attentive and friendly. Jade was especially helpful, always smiling and attentive to guests’ needs. However, I wish there were more food selections available. I also hope the fruit station can be replenished regularly while there are still guests dining.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

La chambre était spacieuse et disposait d'une kitchenette simple, mais la propreté laissait à désirer. De nombreux petits détails étaient visibles, comme des taches noires de moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain. L'odeur était nauséabonde. Bien que de l'eau soit fournie gratuitement, les contenants en plastique étaient dans un état déplorable. Je suis allé prendre le petit-déjeuner vers 8 h. Si le menu semblait varié, la propreté laissait à désirer : la vaisselle et les tasses semblaient avoir été laissées en désordre. Plusieurs restaurants, un Starbucks et une petite supérette se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Greenbelt.

Les chambres sont délabrées, d'un style complètement vieillot. La climatisation semble dater des années 90 : une machine énorme qui fait un bruit infernal, souffle des courants d'air puissants dans toute la pièce et est difficilement réglable. J'ai préféré l'éteindre. Les moquettes n'ont pas l'air neuves non plus, et une odeur de moisi vous accueille dans la chambre. La salle de sport ne dispose que d'un seul tapis de course et pas de vélo. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent si vous aimez les plats frits le matin, mais les options saines sont quasi inexistantes. Demander un fer à repasser était une vraie galère ; on a fini par abandonner. L'hôtel accepte les animaux, certes ; mais les cafards semblent aussi être les bienvenus. Plus jamais ça.
