Hôtels 5 étoiles à Préfecture de Tochigi, Japon

C'était ma première fois, mais j'ai passé un très bon moment car ils étaient flexibles avec le service de gâteau d'anniversaire et le timing de livraison du gâteau ! L'intérieur était très propre, la salle de bain était grande et la nourriture était délicieuse ! Je l'utiliserais certainement à nouveau ! merci beaucoup!

The hotel is old so you definitely see how dated the facilities are but at the same time you know they are very well maintained. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and had great view to Chuzenji lake. The sulfur onsen was great too. Staffs are professional, especially those in the dining room. They are vey attentive and quick to response to your needs.  The only downside is the location. If you want to find a lowkey hotel to relax in a remote area, Chuzenji is a perfect choice. But beware that there are only 3 shuttle bus a day. If you missed the last shuttle at 16h40 you will have to catch the last public Tobu bus at 18h and it takes like more than an hour to get to the hotel. No taxi, no uber available.

Nous envisagions de visiter le sanctuaire Nikko Toshogu, et cet hôtel correspondait aux souhaits de ma femme ; nous l'avons donc choisi. À la réception, on nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait du plus vieil hôtel du Japon, et nous avons été impressionnés par son histoire. L'architecture de l'hôtel évoque cette époque, et l'entretien du bâtiment doit être complexe, mais la gentillesse du personnel a rendu notre court séjour très agréable. Un grand merci.

Food and service are superb. I did not check our reservation of the shuttle bus clearly so caused some misunderstanding but the manager was really nice and resolved the problem with his outstanding service. Very appreciated and thankful! And sorry for our mistake! Food was the most recognised selling point of the place ! Keep it up ! The only weakness: The blanket was too thick for us and caused sleeping problem.

Well, it’s the Ritz Carlton, so expect the price and expect the proportional experience! Staff was super attentive from the moment I got on the shuttle bus to the moment I step off the bus going back to Tokyo. My Rooms was impressively spacious and impeccably appointed. I just havs breakfast once during my two nights stay, it was professionally prepared and it was priced accordingly ( very high end😂！）I decided to go on a diet so I can go back to eat in Tokyo, all joking aside, it was a great soul healing and spirit rejuvenating journey to visit Nikko😆😆😆

Le service était excellent. Nous avons vraiment eu un grand temps. L'hébergement a beaucoup d'équipements que tous les membres de la famille auraient certainement à jouir.

客室は広々としていて、部屋からの景色がきれいでした。また、温泉もあったのでゆっくりできました。夜ご飯はコース料理でしたが、ちょうどいい量でどれも美味しかったです。 ホテル周辺には那須の定番観光地がたくさんありました。那須に来たときにはまた利用したいです。

子供が楽しく過ごせて良い経験が出来た。ポコポコの空間も良い施設作りで家族全員が楽しめた。もしよく言えば家族で温泉に入れるプライベート温泉室が有ると更に楽しめた。敷地内探検は子供が興味ワクワクで、クワガタ、カブトムシ、カマキリ、カミキリ、カエル等色々見つける楽しにも良かった。リゾナーレは家族が多いので子供が騒いでも誰も嫌なことはなく過ごせた。2日間楽しく過ごせました。

部屋が綺麗と広かった。　温泉も気持ちよかった。すごく良い泊まりでした。

Parfait, optimiste quant à savoir si la réservation comprend le dîner et le nombre d'occupants. L'hôtel dispose de sources chaudes publiques et de chambres avec sources chaudes extérieures. Ctrip a écrit à deux personnes lors de la réservation, et elles n'ont pas pu être modifiées, ce qui a pratiquement augmenté le coût. Le dîner était également organisé en fonction du nombre d'occupants, ce qui était très gênant. Ctrip est vraiment mauvais pour ça. Veuillez noter que si Ctrip ne peut pas le modifier, vous pouvez ou vous pouvez réserver directement sur le site de l'hôtel.
