Hôtels 5 étoiles à District fédéral, Mexique

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

L'hôtel est très bon avec des gens qui sont vraiment aimables. Clean, odeur vraiment, et bien servi. Le personnel du bureau était vraiment aimable et utile. Rocío a nettoyé et regardé ma chambre très bien! Merci Rocio. Le spa et la salle de sport étaient étonnants - surtout le personnel qui était très utile et gentil. Alexis a été très utile avec les installations spa. La salle de beauté gérée par Azul était vraiment bonne et surtout avec les traitements qu'elle offre ! Elle m'a convaincu de commencer à chercher les petites choses sur mon apparence. C'est les gens qui font un endroit et dans ce cas à l'hôtel Marquis Reforma. Je reviendrai certainement. Merci Azul! As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

非常不推薦！ 1、房間設計有明顯問題，全玻璃的陽台和門，隔音非常差！我這次住47樓，道路交通聲非常響。 衞生間更別提了，地面但凡有點水，異常滑！淋浴間前不能鋪毛巾或地滑，因為會關不上門。而且淋浴門不能完全合上。 2、服務員按門鈴不超過15秒就直接自己開門進入，最誇張的一次早上八點來打掃房間，還沒等我們反應過來，她已經進門了。 3、唯一值得稱讚的就是Concierge，服務到位熱情。

Потрясающие воспоминания о проживании в отеле - лучшее расположение, персонал, завтраки с свежайшими фруктами и мясом, чистота, ванная в номере, вкусный кофе в номере, уборка, халаты, очень хорошая шумоизоляция в номере, хорошее постельное белье, прекрасный вид из номера 2101. У меня нет никаких нареканий, а только благодарность сотрудникам отеля за чудесное пребывание! В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

La chambre est grande, propre, la bonne position géographique, très bonne, mais le seul point est que je ne sais pas si la réception est en charge. La chambre à côté de la réception a ouvert une fête. Le bruit matinal a perturbé beaucoup les autres, parce que je ne parle pas occidentaux, donc je ne communique pas avec les invités à côté de la réception. Je ne sais pas si ils n'ont pas été ou non, le côté n'a pas arrêté, Ils sont peut-être fatigués ou s'endormiraient avant de arrêter la musique.

Good service at the reception. Room is comfortable however it is difficult to keep the right temperature for a good night sleep. The breakfast is very good.

My experience was very good. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were nice and everything worked properly. The location is great and easy to access. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.
