Hôtels 5 étoiles à District fédéral, Mexique

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

非常不推薦！ 1、房間設計有明顯問題，全玻璃的陽台和門，隔音非常差！我這次住47樓，道路交通聲非常響。 衞生間更別提了，地面但凡有點水，異常滑！淋浴間前不能鋪毛巾或地滑，因為會關不上門。而且淋浴門不能完全合上。 2、服務員按門鈴不超過15秒就直接自己開門進入，最誇張的一次早上八點來打掃房間，還沒等我們反應過來，她已經進門了。 3、唯一值得稱讚的就是Concierge，服務到位熱情。

Потрясающие воспоминания о проживании в отеле - лучшее расположение, персонал, завтраки с свежайшими фруктами и мясом, чистота, ванная в номере, вкусный кофе в номере, уборка, халаты, очень хорошая шумоизоляция в номере, хорошее постельное белье, прекрасный вид из номера 2101. У меня нет никаких нареканий, а только благодарность сотрудникам отеля за чудесное пребывание! В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

The Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise.

J'ai réservé une chambre, pour ma sœur et moi. C'était spacieux, propre et confortable. Le personnel est ami et étonnant. J'ai passé 10 jours là, une semaine pour une conférence et 4 jours pour explorer la ville du Mexique. Amoureux de lui, recommandez-le très fort, le lieu est dans une très bonne position. Un peu de nous, nous sommes deux filles hidjabi arabes, donc si vous êtes un hidjabi, ne vous inquiétez pas que vous ne rencontrerez pas de discrimination raciale contre vous.

L'hôtel de Mexico City est plus de moitié inférieur à la marque nationale, mais il répond à des attentes psychologiques, des installations et des services de la chambre sont en ordre.

Good service at the reception. Room is comfortable however it is difficult to keep the right temperature for a good night sleep. The breakfast is very good.

My experience was very good. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were nice and everything worked properly. The location is great and easy to access. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.
